Service areas

We currently serve ten neighbourhoods in Hat Yai. Each has its own collection and delivery rounds, because the driving routes differ.

Kho Hong / PSU
Kho Hong subdistrict
Most buildings here have a counter or a manager who can hold the bag if you say so in advance.
Central Festival – Khlong Rian
Hat Yai subdistrict
Several condominiums here are lobby-only. Enter the building and the floor in separate fields.
Nipat Uthit / Old Town
Hat Yai subdistrict
Flood-prone
One-way streets with no-stopping hours — give a phone number you will answer at the door.
Hat Yai Hospital – Bangkok Hat Yai
Hat Yai subdistrict
Avoid the hospital shift change; late-morning and afternoon windows run closer to time.
Khuan Lang
Khuan Lang subdistrict
Gated estates can take the bag at the guard post; the driver photographs every handover.
Khlong Hae
Khlong Hae subdistrict
Narrow, often unnamed lanes — an accurate pin beats a typed lane name.
Hatyai University / Phetkasem
Kho Hong subdistrict
Handover at the building entrance directly — no juristic-person office in the way.
Ban Phru – Phatong
Ban Phru and Phatong subdistricts
Further out than the inner zones, so fewer windows per day.
Nam Noi
Nam Noi subdistrict
Pin the gate, not the middle of the plot.
Hat Yai inner core / Khlong Toei
Hat Yai City Municipality, wards 3–4
Flood-prone
Shophouses: shop below, home above — say which one, and which floor.

Flood-prone

This area is flood-prone. When operations temporarily close the zone to new orders, this page shows a notice and the booking button is disabled. That is a different state from being outside the service area — the service exists here.

Your area is not listed

If your address is outside every zone, we tell you as soon as you set your collection point and take your request to open the area. We expand zones based on the requests we receive.
