Ban Phru is inside our service area today. Phatong is not open yet. We say so here rather than letting you fill the form in first: the zone is worked out from your real coordinates when you book, so an address in Phatong is turned down at the round-picking step. We have no date for opening Phatong, and we will not name one we have not decided.

Ban Phru is the southern edge of the phase-one service area: a residential neighbourhood of factory workers and settled families. A typical order is household laundry plus work clothes that need ironing. Phatong lies a good way further south again and is not in the phase-one service area yet.

Being further from the city centre, this area has fewer windows per day than the inner zones. The windows actually open to you appear after you enter your address.

Ironed work clothes are priced per piece on top of the per-kilogram rate. You choose them in the add-ons step, and the plant recounts the actual pieces at weigh-in.
