The actual return day and window depend on what is open in your zone. The booking screen shows you a real return date when you pick a tier, not an estimate.
- Deposit
- ฿200 per booking
A ฿200 deposit is taken per booking and deducted from the final bill. If you cancel within the policy, it is refunded according to the tier your cancellation falls into.
- Minimum order
- ฿299
If your laundry weighs in under ฿299, we charge the ฿299 minimum and show a clear "minimum adjustment" line on your bill.
We do not estimate weight and we never show a predicted price. The real price is calculated after weighing, and we send you a photo of the scale dial for every bag.
Delivery fee
Delivery is free in every zone we serve right now. If a zone starts charging, the fee will show here and on the booking page.
Add-ons
Blankets and duvets are ordinary laundry and are charged by weight at the tier's per-kilogram rate — there is no per-piece charge for them. A duvet is only accepted on a package that returns in three days or more. Shoes and bags we do not take at all. The add-ons that do exist are brand fabric softener, charged per kilogram, and ironing, charged per piece.
Add-on services are not available yet. Prices per item will appear here once they open.
