How it works
- 1
Book online
Pick a service level, drop a pin where the bags are, and choose a collection and a return round from the ones genuinely open in your zone.
- 2
We collect and weigh
A driver comes on the round you chose. At the laundry every bag is weighed and the scale face is photographed for you.
- 3
See the figure, then pay
We send the amount from the real weight before charging anything. Dispute it until you pay, then we return the bags on the round you chose.

Why you get to see the number
The problem with laundry priced by weight is that the customer pays for a number they did not watch anyone weigh. So we photograph the scale dial of every bag and quote you before taking payment. Paying is how you accept that weight and that price — and if you disagree, you say so before you pay.
- Every bag weighed, with a photo of the dial
- Quoted first, paid afterwards
- Dispute it any time before you pay
- Tax documents issued as the law requires
