The problem with laundry priced by weight is that the customer pays for a number they did not watch anyone weigh. So we photograph the scale dial of every bag and quote you before taking payment. Paying is how you accept that weight and that price — and if you disagree, you say so before you pay.

The actual return day and window depend on what is open in your zone. The booking screen shows you a real return date when you pick a tier, not an estimate.

Deposit
฿200 per booking

A ฿200 deposit is taken per booking and deducted from the final bill. If you cancel within the policy, it is refunded according to the tier your cancellation falls into.

Minimum order
฿299

If the weighed total comes to less than ฿299, the order is billed at the ฿299 minimum, and the bill carries a visible minimum-adjustment line rather than quietly rounding up.

We do not estimate weight and we never show a predicted price. The real price is calculated after weighing, and we send you a photo of the scale dial for every bag.

The delivery fee depends on the zone your address falls in, so there is no single figure to print on this page. The system shows your zone's fee when you enter your address, before you confirm or pay anything.
