How it works

Seven steps from booking to laundry back at your door. The first two happen on this site.

  1. Choose a service tier

    Economy, Standard or Express. They differ in the price per kilogram and in how quickly the laundry comes back.

  2. Enter the collection and return addresses

    Drop an accurate pin, give the building and the floor in separate fields, and say how the handover should happen — with the building office, with security, or in person. Your zone is resolved from that pin.

  3. Choose a collection window

    A grid of the next seven days, three windows a day. Each cell states its status in words, not only in colour: open, nearly full, full, closed, or plant closed.

  4. Choose a return window

    The return windows genuinely possible for the collection window, the tier and the zone you picked. Confirming holds both windows for you and starts the clock.

  5. Add-ons and discount code

    Softener, water temperature, drying method, and the items priced per piece. A discount code is format-checked immediately, but the real discount is calculated after weighing.

  6. Review and accept the terms

    Everything summarised, with the per-kilogram price locked at the moment the windows were held. One checkbox, with the terms readable as five separate sections. The Thai text is the binding one; the translations are for understanding.

  7. Pay the deposit

    PromptPay or card, within 30 minutes of the order being created. The payment result is read from our backend only, never from the page the bank returns you to.

How it works

This order is not a preference, it is a requirement. The windows open to you depend on your zone, and your zone comes from your address. Showing windows before the address is known would give the wrong numbers to everybody who is not in the default zone.

After that

The driver collects on your window. The plant weighs bag by bag and photographs the scale dial. You see a per-bag weight table, photos of the clothes, of the dial and of the bag tag, and an itemised bill. Paying is how you accept that weight and price. The laundry then comes back on the window you chose, and you can report a problem with it for seven days.
